This policy applies to the Syba LLC corporate website. Product brands such as Inclusion Loop and SchoolRota publish their own privacy notices for customer data processed in those applications.

What we collect

If you email us or submit the enquiry form, we process your name, work email, organisation, enquiry type, and message so we can reply. Enquiry emails are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may collect usage data such as page views, approximate location, device type, and referral source. IP addresses are anonymised. Google processes that data as our analytics provider. Analytics are not loaded unless you consent.

Cookies

The corporate site does not set marketing cookies. Essential cookies may be used by the hosting platform to deliver the site securely. Optional Google Analytics cookies are used only after you accept analytics. You can change this by clearing site data for this domain and choosing again when the notice reappears. Retention

Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet legal obligations.
