SEMH provision software for UK schools. Pupils check in, staff log the session, and the SENCO keeps a proper record.
Most schools already do this work. A child arrives in the regulation space, points at a feeling chart, and staff pick a strategy. The session often ends up on a scrap of paper or in someone’s head. Inclusion Loop keeps that record in one place.
Check-in can happen in class or in the regulation room, on a shared iPad, a Chromebook, or a device staff have linked to the child. The school sets its own scale, feeling words, and strategies. Staff log what they did, how long it took, and what happened next. The class teacher gets a short handover. Emotion labels stay off by default.
Over time, repeated check-ins show patterns. Those can feed a support plan, a provision map, or a review pack for governors or Ofsted. It is not a wellbeing survey, and it is not the safeguarding record. Concerns go to a named DSL, then on to CPOMS or MyConcern. Schools get a 30-day trial of the full product.

Photo picker, staff unlock, or a linked device. Children do not get an account or a free-text box. It works offline and syncs later.
Strategies for the child in front of you
School defaults sit in one library. Staff can set overrides for a particular child, and what worked last time shows first.
A session in under twenty seconds
Log the strategy, setting, minutes out of class, and outcome. Send a one-line handover to the class teacher.
Patterns, plans, and reports
Repeated check-ins can become referrals, support plans, a costed provision map, and reports a SENCO or head can open.

Audit log that cannot be edited, no risk scores, and a hard split from safeguarding. Thrive, Zones, or nurture: the school uses its own words.
